Understanding student behaviour: how and why international students choose to study overseas.

Preliminary results from IDP Education’s 2012 International Student Buyer Behaviour study show that the primary drivers for students in choosing their destination country are quality of education and international recognition of qualifications.

The study, which was carried out online among IDP students, reveals how students view the major English speaking destination countries, how they obtain information about countries and institutions and the key factors which drive their choices.
