Services to Students
IDP provides impartial advice and
excellent service to students to assist them in selecting courses,
submitting applications, and commencing studies at an appropriate
Australian education provider.
Through its network of offices in 70 locations, spanning 26
countries, IDP provides the following services to prospective
students, at no cost to them:
- Impartial counselling to students and their parents
- Guidance on making applications for study at an Australian
institution
- Certification of qualifications and credentials
- On-going support to students and their parents after an
application for study has been submitted
- Creation of Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment on authority
of the institution
- Assistance with visa processing
- Pre-departure briefings
- Other ancillary services relevant to a student's

Client Services
