providing a technical assistance report on developing India's
pension system for the unorganised sector: the self-employed,
professionals, and marginalised segments of society.
Significant old age security demands exist in the Indian informal
sector workforce; a sector comprised of 398 million people.
The report submitted informed the development of the project
framework for the Pension Reforms for the Unorganised Sector
Project.
