Kuoming (Marcus) Ma
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese Dialect
Kuoming has four years of professional experience in education consulting and visa support and is originally from Taiwan. With extensive experience in Education, Information Technology, and Customer Support, he is familiar with Chinese-speaking markets such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. Kuoming was awarded a Master of Information Technology at the University of South Australia, and is passionate about sharing his six years of Australian work and study experience to help students to achieve their own study goals and career aspirations.
Giang (Jane) Tu

Jane has been studying and working in Australia since 2017 and has extensive experience in business, hospitality, customer service and international student support. She graduated from Bachelor of Business (Economics, Finance and Trade) and Master of Management (Marketing) at University of South Australia. After earning a Master of Accounting and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law, he began working with IDP and supporting international students in 2014. Shiva’s expert-level knowledge of both Education and the Australian Visa and Migration sector has helped hundreds of students to successfully fulfil both their short-term study goals and their long-term career and lifestyle aspirations.
