Some of the organizations available to students include the International Club, United Nations Club, Desi Club, Hispanic Club, Turkish Club, Chinese Student Association, Korean Student Association and Japanese Student Association.

Berkeley College offers many activities that allow students to socialize with other students in order to develop friendships and expand professional networks. Some of its activities include cultural dinners, an international student cruise, a United Nations tour, a Wall Street tour and a fashion museum tour. Its Career Services Department assists students in securing full-time or part-time employment and volunteer opportunities. Career counselors are also available in each major to help students with resume writing and interview coaching, preparation, scheduling, and digital identity. Berkeley College hosts career fairs and campus recruitment days throughout the year.
