Established in 1937, Madonna University is a catholic, independent college dedicated to the liberal arts, career preparation and public service. It has placed students first and served the community for more than 75 years. The students can choose from more than 100 exciting undergraduate programs that combine academic excellence with a strong liberal arts foundation and solid career preparation. The university provides a supportive learning environment where students can develop the knowledge and skills to achieve success in the classroom, boardroom, hospital, graduate school and community.

The university offers its students plenty of opportunities to get involved on campus. Registered Student Organizations range from community service to academics to career path to special interest. Madonna University currently fields 19 varsity teams, with hundreds of undergraduates participating in intercollegiate athletics. It is also a member of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.
