The University of San Diego (USD) is committed to providing a superior liberal arts education to scholars of all faiths. USD’s stunning 180-acre hilltop campus, with distinctive Spanish Renaissance architecture and breathtaking views, overlooks San Diego, Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. USD’s 5,000 undergraduates and 2,700 graduate students can choose from 39 bachelor's and 33 master's degrees, a JD, five LLM degrees, and three doctorates. Internships are strongly recommended if not required. An active International Center is dedicated to enriching and educating the USD community about the various cultures represented on campus. The more than 75 student organizations at USD, including 16 internationally–focused clubs, allow numerous participation and professional development opportunities. San Diego is a cosmopolitan city of 1.3 million residents that offers innumerable cultural and entertainment possibilities, including 100 km of pristine beaches, and the country of Mexico is just 25 km away.
