The university offers more than 38 undergraduates, 24 graduate and 7 doctoral degrees in various majors.

Tennessee State University has two campuses, the lovely 500-acre main campus centrally-situated in the vibrant city of Nashville and the Avon Williams Campus, situated directly in the downtown district.
