Student Reviews

''My experience at Hofstra and in this country couldn't be better! The MBA program gave me so much knowledge about business, especially in the finance and accounting fields which I never worked in before. I got my co-op internship at Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology as a marketer. Hofstra helped me with my CPT application. After three months of interning, the company offered me a full-time position. Now they are helping me with my OPT application. I appreciate all the talented individuals I have met through the co-op program. It has exposed me to different cultures which has molded my way of thinking.'' Max, China, MBA in Marketing

''Through Hofstra, I was able to be part of this year's co-op program as a Data Engineering intern at InterDigital Inc. in New York City. What I like about the co-op program is that it opens up job opportunities that are not necessarily available to everyone. I think the relationship between Hofstra's Fred DeMatteis School of Engineering and Applied Science and companies allows companies to trust that students will perform well at their job. Working as an intern at InterDigital not only allowed me to get hands-on experience in my field of interest, but I also learned new skills while on the job. It has been an invaluable experience.'' Gianna, Peru, MS in Computer Science
