The university constitutes a vibrant and diverse community with over 25,000 students and over 3,500 members of staff across their three main campuses. Life on campus at the University of Adelaide is friendly and relaxed, making it easy to socialise and fit in. The university has five academic faculties, each with a number of schools and disciplines, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Engineering, Computer & Mathematical Sciences, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, Faculty of the Professions and Faculty of Sciences.
Adelaide University Sports has nearly 40 sports clubs available, ranging from Australia's largest University snow ski trip, through to bush walking, rowing and many more water, field and indoor sports and faculties at the university. The university also provides additional support services, which includes a specialised International Student Support office, Counselling and Disability Support services, as well as social programs, clubs and sports to help you settle in and mix with other students. With more than 130 clubs at the University of Adelaide, there's a crowd for everyone. Options include cultural and religious clubs, political and cause-based clubs, activity and hobby clubs, as well as clubs aligned to courses
