With the call for proposals and review process now completed, the committee is busy at work preparing the program and scheduling sessions to ensure that AIEC 2015 is, once again, the place to be this October 2015. There are special discounted rates for IDP Education clients and their staff, and early bird savings if you register by 31 July.
Registration – IDP Education client and early bird discounts
The full conference registration fee for all staff of IDP Education clients is AUD$1025 if you register by 31 July, and includes access to all sessions, networking social events on each night and full catering for three days.
This represents a 17.5% discount off the full conference registration fee ($260) and an additional 17.5% discount ($220) if you register by the early bird date of 31 July.
Registration is per person, and must be completed online. The online form allows you to register for the main conference, book accommodation, register for pre-conference workshops or the IEAA International Research Roundtable, book accommodation and purchase additional tickets for the social events.
Special accommodation rates for AIEC delegates
The conference organisers have also selected hotels and apartments in Adelaide at competitive room rates to suit a range of budgets and requirements. These are all easily accessible to the conference venue, and provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for delegates.
Pre-conference workshops program
The AIEC pre-conference workshops program is now available on the website. They are half day interactive sessions rooted in active learning that engage participants in the exploration of practical solutions on real issues in a variety of fields.
Workshops take place on Tuesday 6 October at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
Co-hosted by IDP Education and the International Education Association of Australia (IEAA), AIEC is Australia’s largest gathering of international education professionals. The conference in Adelaide is expected to attract 1100 participants from Australia and overseas, and will offer a wide range of professional development opportunities for you to develop your skills, increase your knowledge and make long lasting relationships.
