The cost of accommodation in the U.S. varies depending on whether you are living at a dorm with a host family or off campus housing. Here at Green River College, our international students pay 725 U.S. dollars per month staying with a host family, and that includes all three meals, seven days a week.

Hello, this is Raffi Muroy from Suffolk University in Boston. A good accommodation costs can vary from area to area and city to city. For example, in my hometown here of Boston, Massachusetts, housing cost can be a little bit more expensive. So you can estimate about between 15 to 16 thousand dollars a year to cover your living costs. And that might be food, rent, and other miscellaneous expenses. Or maybe you want to live in the dorms and they should be around that amount.
