Are you IDP’s next influencer?

Give back, get back.

How many followers do you have? 1, 100 or 1000? Whether you’re an aspiring social media influencer or simply an international student or alumni with a story to tell, we want to hear from you.

Join our community of influencers, share your experience, and help international students settle into their new life in a new city.

In return, you’ll gain access to exclusive experiences, opportunities and perks, plus build your professional portfolio. It’s a win-win!

So, what’s the deal?

We’re a community of influencers, photographers, videographers and storytellers from around the world.

You are a current or former international student producing compelling visual or written content, ready to give back and get back.

How does it work?

Get involved

Getting involved is simple:

1. Join our community of influencers.

2. Select a creative brief you’d like to respond to.

3. Create and submit your content.

Content can be submitted as a direct upload or social media post and may be published through our app, social media channels and websites.

Receive a reward

We reward a selection of submissions with an incentive, from vouchers and gift cards to exclusive experiences. What (and how much) content you submit is up to you.

Pitch us your idea

Can’t find a creative brief that’s right for you? Pitch us your content idea via email: spmarketing@idp.com.

Should you join?

Let’s see.

First, you are a current or former international student.

Second, you like taking photos, creating videos or writing about your experience studying abroad.

And third, you live (or are about to live) in one of these countries:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • Ireland
  • New Zealand
  • United States
  • United Kingdom

If this sounds like you, then the answer is ‘yes’!

What’s in it for you?

  • It’s easy and fun to get involved.
  • You may be rewarded for the content you submit.
  • You may be asked to get involved in bigger projects!
  • You’re credited for your work (we’ll include your name or social handle and other details for every content piece you produce for us).
  • You’re building a professional portfolio.

Still not sure?

Feel like you don’t know what you’re doing or no one’s going to benefit from what you have to say about studying abroad? You’re so wrong!

Whether it’s fun facts, lessons or tips, you are the perfect candidate to provide new international students with some encouragement and reassurance.
