Pace University is a private university with campuses in New York City and Westchester County, in the United States. It offers over 160 courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level in a variety of subject areas. Students can also complete their degree online, while still getting access to all the support services that those learning on campus receive.
The university's highly regarded Careers Service offers everything from help on writing a CV to information on upcoming workshops designed to help students with all stages of the job hunt. As well as meeting an advisor in person on campus, students can also be paired with a mentor from amongst Pace University’s alumni, who are ready to help tomorrow’s leaders.
Pace University gives students the opportunity to study abroad for part of their degree, with a range of options from short-term programmes to volunteering. Students are given the help they need to make the most of the opportunity, be that resources online or through the Education Abroad Department on campus.
At both campuses, a wide range of activities take place each week, and students are encouraged to get involved to meet friends and gain new experiences. Clubs and societies on offer range from more subject-specific societies to sports and recreation clubs, as well as groups encouraging leadership incentives and volunteering opportunities. When it comes to keeping fit, all students have access to a health and fitness center at both campuses.
Students are supported throughout their time studying at Pace University via a number of different services. Each campus is staffed with nurses to help diagnose any illnesses or symptoms, and there are also confidential counsellors available to talk to.
Based on two campuses, one in the heart of New York City, and the other just 40 minutes away by train, students can experience one the world’s most famous and exciting cities, their home away from home.
