About IDP Education

Study abroad with someone who knows the way

IDP is a global leader in international education services. We help international students study in English speaking countries. Our success comes from connecting students with the right course in the right university or institution and the right country. We partner with more than 700 leading universities, schools and colleges across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States. Last year, we helped students gain entry into more than 34,000 quality courses – so we are sure to find your best fit.

Our history

Established in 1969, IDP is a publicly listed company on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and is 50% owned by Australian universities.

Student placement - If you have the ambition, we have the way

We've been operating for close to 50 years, creating a huge network of opportunity with offices in 30 countries. We have over 100 offices and 700 education counsellors based around the world. Around the world, an IDP student gains entry into a quality course every 15 minutes. In fact, more than 9 in 10 students recommend us to their family and friends.
