The college’s on-campus accommodation is available to all students at Shoreline starting in September 2019. Located at the very front of the college’s 83-acre forested campus, the brand-new student housing building is less than a ten-minute walk from any classroom on campus. This building—known as 7000 Campus Living—will feature 68 individual units with options for single or shared bedrooms, with beautifully furnished living rooms and kitchens, and generous common space for all Shoreline students to study and make friends.
With on-campus accommodation students have access to and assistance from college staff, which is beneficial during the settling in period. Students also have the added bonus of being in a safe environment with 24-hour security and emergency help. Living on campus has many benefits for students and research has shown that it contributes to improved wellbeing and better academic performance.
