The university features 15 academic colleges, 83 bachelors’, 93 masters and 64 doctoral degree programs. With 15 colleges and dozens of programs of study, students can explore their potential in life sciences, physical sciences, social sciences, arts, business, technology and more. UIC is among the top five most diverse campuses in the nation. The east side of university campus is home to most undergraduate classes, student housing, the UIC Pavilion, recreation facilities and Student Center East. The west side of campus includes the health sciences colleges and medical center, recreation facilities and Student Center West.
