The institution is made up of seven divisions which each provides specialist education and training according to the students' chosen fields of study. The divisions are the Institute of Health and Nursing Australia Institute of Health and Management HCI Learning Hub EduSystems Australia Healthcare Staffing Solutions Health Careers Investments and HCI Consultancy.
Health Careers International was founded in 2007 and now employs almost 250 highly trained staff. HCI has provided training to over 5,000 learners from across the world. The institution offers a number of programmes at campuses across Australia's main cities, namely Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, as well as through partnerships across Asia. HCI provides a range of vocational and postgraduate courses as well as continuing professional development programmes.
