St Aloysius College has been educating girls in the heart of the city of Adelaide since 1880. it was based on the theological values of Mercy enunciated by Catherine McAuley, the founder of the Sisters of Mercy

St Aloysius College is situated in the heart of the city of Adelaide. The school is adjacent to Victoria Square, St Francis Xavier Cathedral and the Adelaide Central Market, within a short walk from the central business district. The campus is bordered by Wakefield Street, Chancery Lane and Angas Street. Public transport is on their doorstep, with easy access to bus, tram and train networks.
