The Glasgow School of Art

Founded in 1845, the Glasgow School of Art is internationally recognised as one of Europe's leading higher education institutions for education and research in the visual creative disciplines. Study at the GSA is done through its five Schools that includes Architecture, Design, Fine Art, Innovation or Simulation and Visualisation. The focus of all its courses is studio practice, and the provision of individual studio space to both undergraduate and postgraduate students is one of its major strengths. Courses offered by the school also include lecture time, library research and crits time when students work in groups with tutors to analyse and explain their work.
