George Brown College
George Brown College opened its doors in 1968, welcoming just over 2,000 students. Since then, it’s student population has grown to nearly 30,000. Students from more than 100 countries have chosen the College for their education. For more than three decades, it has welcomed students from around the world and established itself as a leading college for international students in Canada. The staff, faculty and administration of George Brown College are united by a set of shared values and objectives. These vision and mission statements help guide the College as it grows and changes to meet the needs of students and employers.
At George Brown College, the students can choose from a large number of programs which will provide them with the skills needed to succeed in the modern workplace. Balancing work, home and education is easy at the college with full-time, part time and continuing education programs to suit students availability and allowing them to work towards a diploma, degree or certificate. George Brown College has three main campuses and several other locations that place students in the heart of downtown Toronto, St. James Campus, Casa Loma Campus and Waterfront Campus. George Brown College campuses and facilities are located on the traditional territory of the Mississauga's of the New Credit First Nation and other Indigenous peoples who have lived on this land.
