The international English language testing system (IELTS) is the globally recognized English language proficiency test. It is meant for those, who are inclined towards higher education and global migration in any English speaking country. More than 4 million candidates appear in this exam every year.
To apply for an institution that is sponsored by Tier 4, you need to have Tier 4 student visa. You must meet the level of English language set by the academic institution to study undergraduate or postgraduate programme. You can apply to UK colleges and universities as they accept IELTS results.
To apply for professional registration such as a nurse, doctor, etc., with IELTS result, you can apply in any professional institute in the UK and other nations.
What is UKVI?
UK government accepts IELTS for UKVI as Secure English Language Test (SELT).
IELTS Life Skills test an IELTS score for UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration), IELTS General Training and IELTS Academic to prove your hand on English language and your ability to communicate in English to study, live or work in the UK. An IELTS Life Skills score is used to prove your English Speaking and Listening abilities with a valid, reasonable proof of purpose of your visit.
If you have not opted for a direct application for UK visa, then you can take IELTS for UKVI exam at any of our location nearby you, instead of government-approved locations. There are around 165 locations worldwide, and 10 in the UK which are recognized for UKVI, IELTS and IELTS Life Skills Testing.
The Registration Process
Registration carries an easy process which can be done online by at our website. You just need to select test, test type, city and proceed. This test has selected dates and registration process will be closed seven days before the test date. It means - You need to confirm the test date and register yourself a week before.
Payment for Registration
You can make online payment by debit or credit card.
Note: Once registered and failed to clear the exam, you can re-register for the exam again within 2 years.

IELTS (Academic or General Training)
You can take this test if you are applying for Tier 1 and Tier 2 visas to the UK. IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training for UKVI are designed by UK Home Office to meet certain specific administrative prerequisites.
It can be taken for many purposes as it has the same content, examiners, format, level of difficulty, scoring, etc. Test Report Forms will be altered to some extent, to confirm that have been taken at an IELTS UK visa session.
IELTS Life Skills
- If you belong to ‘family of a settled person', then you can apply for the visa, to extend your visa or to take citizenship in another country.
- UKVI approves IELTS Life Skills; with a new test Secure English Language Test (SELT).
- It tests listening and speaking skills at A1, A2 or B1 Level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL).
