Within half an hour from St Pancras International and just over an hour from London’s airports, Regent’s is also a great base for students looking to explore the UK and beyond.

Foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes are available to study in business, management, fashion, design, film, media, performance, liberal arts, psychotherapy and psychology. There are also English language and professional short courses.

Regent’s offers a variety of different accommodation options, from on-campus halls of residence to off-campus accommodation in partnership with Urbanest. The University’s dedicated team can offer support to help students find accommodation that meets their needs and budget.

There are many services in place to support students throughout their studies. Numerous clubs and societies are available to join, ranging from photography to polo, debating and music. A range of scholarships are also available to support eligible recipients.

At the beginning of the first academic year, students are assigned a personal tutor who supports them throughout their studies. Personal tutors provide academic guidance and also help with personal issues.

Academic teaching is blended with practical experience to prepare students for the professional world. Entry requirements

Entry requirements

Each application to Regent’s University London is reviewed comprehensively, considering individual merit, skills, interests and other qualities. Some programmes also require an audition, interview or portfolio submission.

English Language Requirements

As programmes are taught in English, non-native speakers need to demonstrate their proficiency in the language. The English language requirements differ slightly for each programme. Please check individual programme pages on the University’s website for further information.

Regent’s offers English proficiency tests to all conditional offer holders who would like to use it as proof of their English language level for admissions purposes. This is called the Regent’s English Password Test and is only available at Regent’s.

Some students with lower levels of English proficiency will take an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) module in the first term of their degree. This helps the development of their academic work in the language.

Academic equipment and resources across campus include dedicated study spaces, IT services and a library with an extensive collection of printed and digital resources.

Finance students have specialist access to Thomson Reuters Eikon Terminals and Bloomberg L.P Terminals.

The psychology department also has a dedicated laboratory with specialist facilities including an eye-tracker, olfactory testing and diffusion equipment, as well as lab computers installed with analysis and online experiment software such as Surveymonkey, ePrime and MATLAB.


Regent’s Careers & Business Relations team offer expert careers advice and training to help students secure their career goals. This includes extensive careers counselling, as well as assistance in finding internships or permanent roles after graduation.

The Hive is the University’s dedicated facility that offers support and space for entrepreneurial students to work on their business ventures.

The University also offers a start-up visa scheme to eligible graduate entrepreneurs. This scheme helps international students remain in the UK after their studies so they can pursue entrepreneurial ventures and build businesses.


When students join the University, they automatically become members of the Students’ Union (SU). The SU represents the student voice, offering support services and organising events and activities to enhance student life. Numerous clubs and societies are available to join, with something to suit everyone’s interests. Campus facilities also include restaurants, cafes and bars, offering plenty of areas to dine and socialise in.


International students have the option to live in student housing either on or off campus.

On-campus accommodation is located in the University’s leafy grounds. Convenient and comfortable, it is close to classrooms and other campus facilities.

Off-site accommodation is also available in partnership with Urbanest. Just a 15-minute tube ride away, these halls offer premium quality self-contained studios and shared flats.

The University’s Accommodation team is on-hand to provide support with securing suitable housing.

Scholarships & funding

Scholarships & funding

A number of scholarships are offered at Regent’s, which international students are eligible for. These include:

Undergraduate scholarships

All undergraduate students who meet the criteria will receive a GBP 1,500 award each academic year of their degree. These are for high academic achievement in A-Levels or equivalent examinations and progressing Regent’s foundation students.

Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarship

Three students every year are given scholarships to cover part of their tuition fees to reward particular commitment to upholding the University’s values.

Robert McKee International Screenwriting Scholarship

One student on the BA (Hons) Film and Screen (Screenwriting and Producing) programme will receive GBP 7,000 towards their tuition fees as well as other benefits, in partnership with Fulbright Scholar and screenwriting lecturer, Robert McKee.
