Student ambassadors are current students from a range of countries and subject areas. The ambassadors have also written blogs which are available online.

International Foundation Programme
The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is designed to support international and EU (non-UK) students meet the academic and English language entry qualifications required for undergraduate degrees. On successful completion, students qualify to progress onto a choice of more than 60 undergraduate degree programmes.
Sheffield Hallam offers three separate programme routes:
- Art, Design and Media
- Business, Law and Social Sciences
- Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM)
The course is designed to provide different entry points based on current English language level. There is a three-term programme starting in September and a two-term programme starting in January.
Attend Virtual Events
Sheffield Hallam offers students the opportunity to explore and discover more about the university with their virtual events. Inviting students to interact with staff, current students and attend live webinars, attendees can gain insights about studying at the institution and find out about funding opportunities and fees. In addition, international students can explore the support the university offers and acquire important advice on immigration and visa applications.
