Glendale Community College was founded in 1965. Located in Glendale, AZ, it is one of ten, higher education institutions in the Maricopa Community College District. GCC has more than 50 years' history of academic excellence and a reputation for student success. It offers traditional classrooms settings, online and hybrid classes in almost all disciplines. From English 101 to automotive technology, GCC cover the full spectrum of educational offerings.
The College fosters student success by providing innovative, quality learning experiences for all members of the community. It prepares students for further higher education, employment and advancement, and successful participation in a global society.
With two fully accredited campuses, Glendale Community College serves a diverse student body in northwest Maricopa County with affordable, high-quality education in an engaging and personal academic environment. The students can choose their path from 44 degrees, and 65 certificate programs.
The College is spread across two full service campus locations, Main and North. Both offer traditional in-person classes, hybrid classes and flexible online options.
