The Knox School
The Knox School is an independent, co-educational school located in an outer metropolitan environment east of Melbourne, with clean air, an abundance of space, outstanding new facilities and with close proximity to public transport. It is one of Melbourne’s best independent, values-driven schools for girls and boys from Early Learning to Year 12. The School prides itself in its academic achievements and graduating students are well-prepared for university. It is committed to the promotion of international understanding and cultural respect within the school and in the wider community and aims to build bridges between culture and international cultures, celebrating their diversity and respecting the traditions of others.
The Knox School organises a range of activities every year, tailored to the needs of international students enrolled in Years 11 and 12 at MSPI schools. These activities are designed to inspire Year 11 and 12 students about future study opportunities, and motivate them to maximise their talents and abilities. The Junior School Curriculum aims to develop skills in English and Mathematics to ensure a solid foundation for future studies. The Middle School has an emphasis on health and wellbeing and also teaches students about time management, learning skills and study and exam techniques in preparation for Senior College. The Senior College has a strong record of attainment, achieved by setting challenges for young people undertaking their VCE.
The School is located on extensive and attractive grounds on Burwood Highway, between Stud Rd and Mountain Highway in Wantirna South, Victoria.
