About New Horizon College

New Horizon College, opened in 1988, is in the centre of the Napier city, close to cafés and tourist attractions. Its teaching is based on modern communicative methods of learning English and has qualified and experienced teachers encourage all the students to be actively involved in the class activities. The college offers a range of general English and examination preparation courses. Its teachers take a keen interest in all students and provide a stimulating learning experience. Students who enjoy interacting with their teacher and other students in a warm, friendly class atmosphere will like learning English at New Horizon. The college also allows students work for up to 20 hours per week as long as they enrol in a course of at least 14 weeks.

The facilities of the school include a student library, large recreation area for use after classes with pool and ping-pong tables, puzzles and board games, study centre with self-study resources, and large dining room, with full kitchen facilities.
