The Peninsula School
Peninsula is an open entry school catering for approximately 1400 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. They cater for day and boarding students and truly aim to help each student achieve their potential.
They have an excellent record of academic achievement, extensive co-curricular activities, including a highly respected music and drama program, sporting opportunities, a House program, unsurpassed pastoral care, a well defined code of behaviour and a well developed sense of community.Their dedicated and talented teaching and support staff are justifiably proud of all that Peninsula has to offer and the well-rounded, well-educated, considerate and community-minded young people who constitute our past and present student body.
Peninsula Grammar is 55kms from the Melbourne CBD in the beautiful, seaside suburb of Mt Eliza. The campus occupies 35 hectares of parkland.Their facilities are many, but in brief comprise four sub-schools – Early Childhood Centre, Junior Years, Middle Years, Pre Senior Year 9 and Senior Years – an outstanding VCE Senior Centre, Science building and Performing Arts Centre, our Pavilion, used for School and community events, two boarding houses and excellent sporting facilities, including two gymnasiums, two heated swimming pools, athletics fields, two football/cricket ovals, four soccer pitches and tennis courts.Mt. Eliza is part of the Mornington Peninsula, a popular tourist region with its many wineries, beaches and golf courses.
