From HR in Kuala Lumpur to branding in Melbourne

Jane decided to study a Master of Marketing at RMIT to follow her passion for branding. 

Choosing to complete my postgraduate studies in Melbourne, Australia, has helped me grow so much. On a personal level and in my career.

After finishing my undergraduate degree in Malaysia and working in HR and logistics I became very interested in marketing and branding. That’s why I decided to study a Master of Marketing at RMIT.

Moving to Melbourne and studying at RMIT has opened so many doors for me. I’ve made loads of new friends from all over the world. Whenever we have to do group assignments, we don’t only study together, but we share our food, culture, ideas and experiences as well.

The same goes for my teachers and professors at RMIT. To me, they’re more like mentors. RMIT has a great way of teaching and amazing industry connections.

I’m not entirely sure yet where my career is going to take me, but I do know that the skills and experience I’m currently gaining are a great preparation for my future.
