What's new

What's new

Collarts recently launched its School of Communication, which introduced Marketing, Creative Writing, and Advertising to its study portfolio. The school offers students the opportunity to make a career in the communications industry.

What's on offer at the school:

  • A creative writing graduate diploma and graduate certificate to teach students all they need to know about storytelling, writing, editing and publishing.
  • A marketing degree and diploma to equip students with media and communications knowledge and highlight the importance of critical thinking and digital marketing.
  • An advertising program that can be taken as a bachelor's degree or a diploma and produces work-ready communication specialists in line with industry standards and expectations.

Professor Tim Moss, Dean of Collarts shared, "Launching the School of Communication at Collarts is an exciting moment for us. This is the first time that Collarts has offered postgraduate course options, and the move to communication also enables us to take our existing focus on high-quality, industry-connected creative courses into a new field of study. We firmly believe that at the heart of success in industries such as advertising and marketing is the ability to approach any task with creativity and curiosity. We can't wait to see graduates in communication set out on that path with the ‘creative edge' that comes from studying with Collarts.''
