The IELTS Progress Check is an official online practice test that aims to help test takers prepare for their upcoming IELTS test. It is the first official support tool released by the IELTS partners that provides feedback from IELTS experts and is based on authorised practice questions.
IELTS Progress Check offers users a choice of two practice tests, IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training. Both versions include components of all four communication skills – reading, writing, speaking and listening.
The IELTS Progress Check results give an indicative overall band score and an indicative band score for each of the four skills, along with tips on how to improve. The scores are indicative only as the test is different in several important ways to the IELTS test.
As well as being a great tool for first-time IELTS test takers, IELTS Progress Check is ideal for any test takers who have previously taken IELTS. IELTS Progress Check offers a way to more economically understand what level they are at before they make another test booking, and the feedback will help them see how to improve so they can better focus their preparation efforts.
IELTS Progress Check is available in 40 countries with new countries coming on board each month.
