DePaul University - StudyGroup USA provides students the additional support needed for their first year of university study. It combines needed English language study with academic skills and coursework while also providing cultural support during the first year in the U.S. and in a university classroom. The students who successfully complete their Pathway program can progress to undergraduate studies in the areas of Business, Education, Computing and Digital Media, Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, and Science and Health.

To ensure academic, social and personal success of International students, the centre has dedicated Student Services Advisor to provide regular support and assistance over academic issues, tutoring support, health and wellness, involvement on campus, and healthy relationships. Its students also enjoy complementary social and cultural programs, trips, guest speakers and other events that serve to support learning and encourage campus involvement.

Student support services include pre-arrival information, airport welcome by staff and transportation to campus, complete campus registration, including course assignments, housing and immigration check-in, and customized orientation.
