How does Virtual Counselling work?

The Virtual Counselling service is available during the following working hours:

Ramadan timing: Sunday to Thursday (11 am to 3 pm)

Regular timings: Sunday to Thursday (10am to 4 pm)

• Before joining the session on a computer, tablet or mobile device, you can download the Zoom app. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click the join link.
• Basic requirements for your devices and browsers are available here
• Connect via the zoom link and you will be taken directly to our Virtual Office on Zoom.
• Our friendly host will get your basic information, understand your needs and assign you to the correct counsellor.
• Speak to your counsellor and get all your questions answered
