Half of all scholarship applicants receive a scholarship, and the average award last year was $5,000 USD. Students are still required to show full financial ability to pay for their education when applying for admission.

A wide array of students are eligible for a Seattle Colleges Foundation scholarship. Students who attend part-time or full-time, international students, DACA/undocumented students, Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) students, Seattle Promise students, and Running Start students who will be graduating from high school this year are all eligible and encouraged to apply. All applicants must:Plan to attend and enroll in any of the three Seattle Colleges (North Seattle College, Seattle Central College, or South Seattle College) in the upcoming academic yearHave a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA at any of the Seattle Colleges or former institutionComplete the FAFSA or WASFA (not required but strongly encouraged)
