School of Life Sciences Alumni Scholarship

For this scheme you must meet the following basic criteria:

• Be applying through UCAS and hoping to enrol in Autumn 2025 on the first year of a School of Life Sciences undergraduate degree
• Indicate the University of Nottingham as your firm choice
• Be studying for your first undergraduate degree OR be a current student on the Science with Foundation year programme, looking to progress to a BSc or MSci course in the School of Life Sciences
• Have Home Funding status (see definition in the guidance notes below)
• Have a household income of between £0-£42,875, as assessed by Student Finance (see definition in the guidance notes below)
• Not be receiving external sponsorship for your course e.g. from industry/employers (University Core Bursaries and Government grants do not affect your eligibility)
