Value description:
The value of the Award will be determined by the income generated by the Fund each year. The goal is to provide at least one Award valued at CAN $2,000 annually. The value and/or number of Awards may change from year to year.
Eligibility & selection criteria:
full-time graduate students registered in the first year of their Master's or Doctoral program in the Department of Geography and Environmental Management in the Faculty of Environment
students conducting research in the area of Environment and Resource Management
selection will be based on demonstrated academic excellence (i.e. minimum cumulative average of 80%)
the Department of Geography and Environmental Management will identify candidates and select recipients, normally in the winter term
