There are currently more than 7,800 Singaporean students studying in the UK. Here are some reasons why UK stands out besides cost of living and tuition fees.
Education in the UK is as old as its heritage; the University of Oxford was established before 1167 and the University of Cambridge in 1209. Both were top of the game back then as they are today. Since then, plenty more universities have been established throughout the UK since the 19th century including Durham University, King’s College London and Queen’s University Belfast.
