Thank you so much for all your kind advice, help, patience (lots of it!!!) and caring and lovely disposition in assisting me with my Visa application! I am thankful to my Lord Jesus Christ for your services and also for your life. I wish you the very best in everything you do and that you may have joy and peace! My application has been successful (albeit expensive)!
I am writing this email to send my gratitude to Sarrah David, my IDP representative. As an international student currently residing in Melbourne, Sarrah was able to assist me in transferring from Monash university to University of Melbourne. Our only mode of interaction was through email and yet she was able to successfully help me achieve my goals. Sarrah is patient, caring and always provide me with emotional support whenever I feel scared or unsure. Sarrah is also very efficient and productive. Without her, without IDP, I will not be able to successfully transfer from one institution to another. I am really thankful to IDP and will definite recommend my juniors and friends to consult IDP got their future academic journeys. Thank you very much.
I would like to testify that Ms Cheryl Lee at IDP Singapore has been tremendously helpful and very friendly to me as an applicant to the PhD Program offered by the University of Melbourne. Without her great advice and kind assistance, it will be unthinkable for me to navigate through the sometimes rather convoluted process of PhD application so smoothly as I did so far.
For this reason, I highly appreciate Ms Lee’s help and commend her professionalism as clearly she loves and cares what she does at IDP. Moreover, I will recommend IDP Singapore to anyone who is interested in opportunities of tertiary education in Australia, New Zealand, UK and beyond.
Thank you very much and have a pleasant day!
I would like to commend one of your counsellors, Farid bin Zainal, for his outstanding and exemplary work delivered during my University’s application, and for the subsequent follow-ups.
Though one may considers this part of his job requirements, Farid has shown, during all my interactions with him, his passion, commitment and drive in his work, and had gone the extra mile and beyond his duties to provide the necessary guidance and assistance to his client. Farid has always place the client’s needs above and in front of his; and in my opinion, such service and work delivery is definitely commendable, laudable and admirable.
Not only was Farid well-versed in his role requirements, he would also always ensure timely follow-up and ensure that the needs of the client’s are met, to the best of his abilities. When faced with queries, Farid would also ensure accurate information was given, and would remain contactable and accountable in case of any further enquiries. Humble and approachable, my experience working with Farid was definitely pleasant and wonderful.
I sincerely believe that Farid deserve the commendation for his work ethic and professionalism. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Farid and IDP Singapore for their assistance and guidance throughout this entire process, and ensuring that my concerns are resolved, and my application successful.
I wish Farid and IDP Singapore continued success.
I am writing to you to put forth my compliments to one of your colleagues, Mr Jeremy Tnee. I applied for a Masters course way back in June and only just got a reply last week. I would like to commend Mr Tnee on his exemplary work ethic and responsibility in following up with the university regularly to check on my application process. His invaluable help has made my application process very easy and even though the university took longer than usual to process my application, I was always assured of the administrative aspect of it due to the fact that I had Mr Tnee as my student counsellor.
Mr Tnee demonstrated strong professionalism and responsibility and I am very grateful for his help in obtaining a positive reply on my Masters application. I would definitely recommed my colleagues to apply through IDP (and hopefully Mr Tnee) as a result of this experience.
