About Keele University

Keele University is situated on an estate with extensive woods, lakes and parkland, formerly owned by the Sneyd family. The University itself was founded as the University College of North Staffordshire in 1949 and received its Charter as the University of Keele in 1962. In the 2018 Guardian University League Table, Keele University is ranked No. 1 in England for Student Satisfaction with Course.

Keele University has many applications from international students each year - from students in a wide range of countries from China, to Hong Kong, Kenya and Sri Lanka. Every year Keele welcomes students from more than 90 countries. Keele offers a wide range of courses to set students on track for their future. Keele courses offers stimulating teaching and learning and skills for student’s future career. The university has high quality teaching across a wide range of academic and vocational subjects. Students have the opportunity to combine their interests and develop skills through their distinctive Dual Honours degrees - with over 500 subject combinations available. The university also offers professional Single Honours degrees in Medicine, Health, Law and business subjects.

Kelle University offers a variety of courses so that the students can meet the English requirement or the academic requirements before they start their degree courses. The university also offers financial support in the form of bursaries and scholarships. Keele is a close knit and friendly community on one of the largest and most attractive campuses in Europe and 70 per cent of their full-time students live on campus in 3,200 study bedrooms in any one year.
