Founded in 1955, Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey provides international and professional education in areas of critical importance to a rapidly changing world. It has an enrolment of more than 725 students from over 50 countries. The Middlebury Institute offers professional graduate programs, certificate and professional development programs, and a variety of language learning options, as well as essential academic resources.
It offers access to worldwide initiatives, research centers and internship opportunities to its students. The college also has a variety of Student Clubs and Organizations for its students organized under various themes such as, Academic, Awareness and Issue-Based, Culture and Language and International and National Organizations.
