Missouri University of Science and Technology was founded in 1870.It is one of the first technological institutions in the west of the Mississippi and has been building on the heritage of discovery, creativity and innovation to equip and inspire today’s students to meet tomorrow’s great global challenges. The university has been at the top of the research and innovation game for a long time. It integrates education, research and application to create and convey knowledge that serves the state and helps solve the world’s great challenges.
The students can choose from 18 undergraduate degree programs and 19 Master’s degree and Ph.D. programs. It offers course in 39 areas of study such as computer science, business, engineering, humanities, and liberal arts. With a unique mix of traditional liberal arts and humanities, biological and physical sciences, education, business, behavioural sciences, and military science disciplines, the College of Arts, Sciences, and Business, the university offers a diverse array of degree programs to fit the students’ interests. They learn from faculty who are experts in their fields.
Missouri S&T is located in beautiful Rolla, between Springfield and St. Louis, Missouri. It accommodates 6,900 undergraduate and 1,900 graduate from all 50 states and 60 countries.
