Monash Professional Pathways
Monash Professional Pathways is a division of Monash College, a private company owned by Monash University. With a team of more than 50 staff, it provides a suite of recruitment, placement and training services to help employers find the right talent and help graduates start their careers. It prepares students and graduates for career entry.
Monash Professional Pathways has been helping students and graduates to make a successful transition from formal education into a professional career. Through a combination of classroom based programs and industry-based learning experiences students and graduates build their professional knowledge and skills and improve their self-awareness, in culturally diverse environments.
Monash Professional Pathways has extensive experience providing participants with workplace preparation training and educational internship opportunities. It is expert in designing programs and developing content focused on building soft skills for graduates seeking to commence professional careers in the Australian workforce. The trainers are highly qualified and bring rich and relevant experience from their own careers into the classroom.
