Since opening the doors in 1902, the University of Indianapolis has been building a culture of connectedness with a unique emphasis on giving back through service-learning and volunteer work. The University's mission is to prepare its graduates for effective, responsible, and articulate membership in the complex societies in which they live and serve, and for excellence and leadership in their personal and professional lives. It provides high-quality programs and services that are reviewed regularly and maintained, developed, or redirected as needed .
The University provides 109 undergraduate degree programs, 37 master's degree programs, and six doctoral programs. UIndy offers the perfect setting for the students to meet the future . There, students will be part of a diverse community of students working closely with caring faculty who want to help students answer the big questions and discover students passions. Nine per cent of undergraduates and nearly seven per cent of graduate students are international students. It offers programs for all levels, from undergraduate to doctoral.
