What's new
Faculty of Transdisciplinary Innovation
After extensive research into the future economy and consultation with industry, UTS established the Faculty of Transdisciplinary Innovation (FTDi). The new faculty offers degrees at the intersection of technology, creativity and innovation, ensuring that students gain the adaptability, resilience and entrepreneurial spirit they need to succeed in the future world.
The faculty offers the Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation (BCII) as a combined degree, and the Bachelor of Technology and Innovation (BTi), Diploma in Innovation and Master of Data Science and Innovation (MDSI) as standalone degrees.
Moore Park campus
UTS, Rugby Australia and the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust recently opened a new sporting centre that is the first of its kind in Australia, because it integrates an academic precinct within world-class sporting facilities. The Rugby Australia Building, in Sydney's Moore Park sports precinct (next to the Allianz Stadium and Sydney Cricket Ground), will be home to more than 100 sports professionals and over 700 sport and exercise students and researchers. They will have access to world-class amenities, including state-of-the-art training and research spaces, and high-performance laboratories.
