Transfer, refund and cancellation policy
CANCELLATION: If you cancel your test five weeks or more before your test date, you can only get 75% refund of total test fee. You cannot cancel your test date if you lose the tax invoice, nor can you get a refund if you cancel the test date within 05 weeks of the test date.
TRANSFER: If you submit the Test Date Transfer form 02 weeks in advance, you will not be charged any fee. If you submit the test date transfer form 01 week prior to the test date, the transfer fee is 10% of the test fee. Test date transfer or Cancellation can only be made once. The new test date must be within 03 months from the old one. Candidates who ask for a test date transfer are not allowed to cancel the test.
If you register the IELTS test within 01 week of the test date, you cannot transfer the test date.
At IDP, candidates’ IELTS results are uploaded onto the website 13 days after the test day, and remain available for the following 28 days. Candidates need to provide personal information such as their full name, date of birth, ID card or passport number and test date. The official result (TRF) will be available to the candidate 13 days after the test date. Accessing the result online is a complimentary service available from IDP IELTS Australia, the co-owner of IELTS examination in order to provide an extra benefit and better service to all IDP candidates around the world.
