Computer Science and IT is designed for students who graduated in any subject areas besides Computing degree and want to pursue their career in software development or to prepare themselves for PhD programme in this field of study. If you already have a computing related degree, you should instead apply for MA advance computer science. However, to apply for this course you need to have at least a high school level in Mathematics and Science, plus the 6.5+ IELTs results for international students.
The core elements of this course are software workshops (eg. Java Programming), group tutorials, lectures, holiday (summer) projects, and a variety of taught modules which you can choose. As an Computer Science and IT student, you will also have a privilege to access 24hour computer laboratory which is equipped with cutting edge hardware and software.
