Signs that you are stressed and ways to cope

Even though we are not aware of it in every aspect of our lives, like the law of motion, the stress factor can manifest itself. 1- Difficulty in sleeping or sleeping too much

4- Eating too much or having no appetite

If you eat a lot, it will be useful to create a calendar for your eating habits. When you create a calendar and then adapt to it, your body also will adapt to it.

If you don't have any appetite, try to consume small snacks during the day and keep them with you and eat a large meal whenever you feel very hungry. Make sure that the food and meals you prefer are healthy. Limit coffee drinking and create short, relaxing workouts to manage stress.

5- If you are in an unstable mood
