Art Center College of Design
Founded in 1930 and located in Pasadena, California, ArtCenter College of Design is a global leader in art and design education. It offers 11 undergraduate and seven graduate degrees in a wide array of industrial design, visual and applied arts disciplines, as well as a joint MS/MBA program with the Drucker School of Management and a minor in Social Innovation through the Design matters program. The college’s cutting-edge facilities span two campuses and provides future artists and designers with a wide array of creative learning opportunities enriched by the creative and academic resources within the surrounding communities and the greater Los Angeles area.
Its Center for the Student Experience provides a wide array of resources and services including campus organizations, student leadership programs, social outings and activities, housing information, advocacy, personal counseling, insurance programs, disability support and accommodations. With a current enrolment of approximately 2,100 students representing more than 40 countries, ArtCenter College of Design has an excellent student-faculty ratio of 9 to 1. It is also dedicated to provide students with an array of health and wellness resources such as on-campus counselling, workshops to enhance understanding and management of personal finances, and health, wellness and safety workshops throughout the year.
