The programs offered by the school include Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, Diploma of Hospitality Management, Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery, and Certificate III & IV in Patisserie. Some of the additional services offered by the school include assistance in preparing a resume, seminars to gain further workforce skills, thorough job interview preparation, and advice about personal grooming and presentation.

As part of student support and wellbeing program, a part-time Counsellor is also available at its Melbourne City campus where students can access confidential counselling for issues such as Mental health, Cultural shock and homesickness, Bullying, harassment and discrimination, and work life balance.
