The English Language Program helps students prepare for university life in the United States. In addition to learning English, the program provides opportunities to learn about and experience American culture. ELP curriculum and courses are designed by teaching professionals to draw on students? current abilities and to promote academic excellence.

Saginaw Valley State is located with the Great Lakes Bay region of Michigan surrounded by a majority of cities that comprise the region including Bay City, Midland and Saginaw.
